Low Pressure Commercial Manager (UK)

Job Summary

The Commercial Sales Leader is responsible for leading the UK Sales Team for Low Pressure Solutions. This role involves developing a winning sales strategy for increasing market share within the UK including a cohesive offering on capital equipment and After Market Services.

The Commercial Sales Leader will lead and develop the existing sales team setting the appropriate targets to drive profitable growth aligned with the company AOP targets. The successful candidate will have experience of developing high performance sales teams delivering effective market and geographic coverage in key vertical markets leveraging the companies multi-brand, multi-channel strategy. In addition they will have the ability to identify new opportunities and markets to drive growth in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop and manage a team of dynamic and motivated Sales Managers
  • Develop and implement focused strategic sales plans for the companies key vertical markets
  • Implement the right strategies to meet the companies AOP objectives including Bookings, Revenue and Gross Market
  • Develop an effective After Market strategy working with the existing Service and Workshop facilities to increase the business SOE
  • Lead sales intiatives in key market applications to increase the companies market share in these sectors (e.g Waste Water Treatment)
  • Foster a culture of collaboration with the companies manufacturing facilities and Service and Workshop functions.
  • Structure the business to support an effective multichannel strategy (direct/distribution/end users) in the most effective manner to leverage coverage across the total region
  • Build customer loyalty and retention through delivering innovative, customer focused and value-added solutions across the region
  • Support the commercial sales team to target, engage and acquire new service opportunities, constantly reviewing the opportunities arising from within the existing customer base.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

This role is a fully remote position.

Key Competencies

  • Proven history in Sales Management with demonstrable proficiency in building and leading a successful sales team
  • Proactive with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Commercially and financially aware
  • Enthusiastic with the ability to motivate a team and the courage to delegate
  • Experience in rotating equipment would be advantageous
