Each US employee at Stack Overflow earns 20 vacation days on a regular accrual schedule per paycheck. Upon reaching the third year of employment, employees earn 25 days per year.

Extensive benefits for new parents including paid parental leave for all (16 weeks at 100% pay), up to $5,000 for adoption assistance, $500 in expensable take-out during your first month on parental leave, and the option to return to work part-time for a year after adding a new member to your family.
