We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound lead generation and business development efforts within the US staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate has strong outbound sales experience and an understanding of recruitment, staffing, or B2B service sales.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, RPO, or B2B service sales is highly preferred
- Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience
- Proven ability to engage US-based decision-makers
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (US business communication preferred)
- Strong resilience, organisation, and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment aligned to US business hours
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
