We’re currently hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for remote solar and renewable energy sales roles with fast-growing companies focused on clean energy solutions.

Job Summary

We’re looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a passion for renewable energy and solar solutions. In this remote sales role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers interested in solar and energy solutions, generating leads, and booking appointments for senior sales representatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for remote sales jobs in the renewable energy sector, especially those with experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and solar or energy-related sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to generate new leads.
  • Identify homeowners or businesses interested in solar installations, renewable energy systems, or energy-saving solutions.
  • Qualify prospects based on project eligibility, interest level, and timeline.
  • Schedule appointments or consultations for senior solar sales consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deal stages within the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel.
  • Meet or exceed daily outreach and appointment-setting targets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine outreach messaging and campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), appointment setting, or lead generation role.
  • Experience in solar, renewable energy, energy efficiency, or home improvement sales is highly preferred.
  • Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, outreach targets, and performance metrics.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
