Huzzle is seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (English/French) with experience in outbound B2B sales to connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across various regions. This role involves conducting high-volume outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying B2B leads, and supporting the sales pipeline across both English- and French-speaking markets.
Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify B2B leads, focusing on decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Engage prospects in both English and French, tailoring messaging to different markets
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline generation
- Research target accounts and industries to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
