We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and is passionate about scaling campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and other paid channels.
Requirements
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reporting.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in media buying or paid advertising.
- Proven track record managing and scaling campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, data dashboards, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams is a plus.
