We are looking for an experienced CRM & Automation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Pipedrive and Zapier to join a client-facing consulting team.
Requirements
- Scope, structure, and configure Pipedrive CRM environments for clients
- Build advanced workflows and integrations using Zapier and related automation tools
- Consult clients on lead management, pipeline optimisation, activity tracking, and reporting best practices
- Create process documentation, blueprint reports, SOPs, and workflow maps
- Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and ongoing CRM training
- Troubleshoot automation and integration issues proactively
- Recommend operational improvements and scalable system enhancements
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and project ownership
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Use generative AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, and client solutions
