Meta Ads Specialist responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on performance and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce, lead generation, or digital brands.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign optimization strategies.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and achieving strong ROAS.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
- Experience working with international clients or agencies is a plus.
