Requirements
- 2-3+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative, or similar sales/client-facing role
- Exposure to the renewable energy, sustainability, clean tech, or energy sector
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic) is required
- Strong client management and customer service skills
- Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and account management
- Proficiency using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, structured environment
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
