The company primarily delivers lead generation campaigns through Meta advertising, high-converting landing pages, Go High Level CRM systems, and appointment-setting workflows. With established internal systems and ambitious growth plans, the business is building toward becoming one of the leading performance marketing agencies in the UK.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta advertising, landing page optimisation, and CRM automations.

This role is ideal for a performance marketer who has successfully launched, optimised, and scaled lead generation campaigns for multiple clients and can demonstrate strong campaign results through portfolios, case studies, or previous work examples.

Meta advertising expertise is absolutely essential for this role. Candidates without genuine hands-on Meta media buying experience will not be considered.

You will work closely with the internal creative and account management teams to deliver high-performing campaigns, optimise funnels, improve lead quality, and scale profitable advertising systems for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
    • Build, launch, optimise, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
    • Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max
    • Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations
    • Improve KPIs including CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
    • Identify and scale profitable campaigns while maintaining performance efficiency
  • Landing Pages & Funnel Optimisation
    • Design and optimise high-converting landing pages and funnels
    • Ensure strong alignment between ad creative, messaging, and landing pages
    • Conduct ongoing A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
    • Improve overall funnel performance and lead quality
  • CRM & Marketing Automation
    • Build and manage automations within Go High Level CRM
    • Integrate landing pages, advertising platforms, and CRM systems
    • Develop lead nurturing and follow-up workflows
    • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting systems are in place
  • Strategy & Collaboration
    • Work closely with account management and creative teams
    • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and growth strategies
    • Support campaign reporting and client communications
    • Contribute to scaling client accounts and improving retention

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Meta advertising experience
  • Proven success managing and scaling lead generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising systems
  • Experience with landing page creation and conversion optimisation
  • Experience integrating funnels with CRM systems and automations
  • Strong knowledge of Go High Level or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise for ROI
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
