Requirements
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) to deliver on client goals
- Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to improve client retention
- Track account performance, revenue growth, and engagement metrics
- Ensure all client interactions and account data are accurately recorded in CRM systems
