RevOps Analyst ( AI Engineer ) - Remote - Pakistan

Job Description:

As a successful RevOps Analyst, you will:

Deploy AI-powered analytical tools and large language models to track revenue

performance and trends, surfacing actionable insights that would otherwise require

hours of manual analysis.

Evaluate, onboard, and optimize new AI and ops tools - assessing fit, driving

implementation, and ensuring adoption so that sales and marketing teams have the

intelligence they need to succeed.

Build and maintain AI-augmented reporting systems that generate regular,

automated insights on key revenue metrics -- enabling faster, better-informed

decisions by the executive and sales teams.

Collaborate with the executive and sales teams to develop revenue forecasts and

projections, leveraging predictive signals and historical patterns to improve accuracy.

Identify process gaps through AI-assisted analysis and feedback loops, then

implement intelligent corrective solutions that continuously improve how data flows

between tools, teams, and decision-makers.

Partner with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and operations to align

automation initiatives with business requirements and ensure seamless execution of

data-driven programs across the revenue engine.

Stay ahead of the AI and ops landscape - rapidly ramping on new models, models,

frameworks, and automation platforms to ensure company is always leveraging

best-in-class tools.

Work North American hours and manage responsibilities under high pressure.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Curiosity and Willingness to Learn: Genuine enthusiasm for emerging technology and its business applications, with a drive to stay current on new tools and best practices and a genuine excitement for using automation to build and scale the revenue engine.

AI Fluency: Hands-on experience working with AI tools and large language models (e.g., Claude, GPT-4), including prompt engineering, API integration, and workflow automation. Must have working experience with Zapier, n8n, and Claude Code. Comfort experimenting and iterating rapidly in fast-moving AI environments.

Advanced Analytical Skills: Deep analytical toolkit with strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to layer automation-assisted insights on top of structured revenue data to identify trends and support strategic decisions.

AI-Augmented Reporting: Experience building or contributing to reporting systems enhanced by AI -- such as automated commentary generation, natural language summaries of key metrics, or anomaly detection -- to inform strategic decision making.

Technical Problem-Solving: Capacity to architect and implement AI-powered solutions to operational gaps, integrating across CRMs, sales engagement platforms, and BI tools to ensure continuous process improvement.

Fast Learner: Proven ability to rapidly pick up new tools, platforms, and workflows and translate that learning into tangible operational improvements within a short ramp period.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to remain organized while managing multiple projects and working under high pressure.

Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment where AI capabilities and business priorities shift frequently. You turn ambiguity into structured, actionable plans and handle high-pressure situations with confidence.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to output validation, data accuracy, and process documentation, ensuring that insights and automated outputs meet a high standard of reliability before reaching stakeholders.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support various projects and partner with cross-functional teams, bringing a technology-first perspective to every conversation and helping teammates understand and benefit from automation powered capabilities.

Salary: Taxfree

Working hours: Monday-Friday (North American hours 6pm to 2am Day Light Saving- 7pm to 3am normal working hours
