The Role

As our B2B Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic growth, turning complex telco metrics into actionable visual intelligence. Your work will directly empower the B2B unit to optimize revenue performance and scale our global footprint through data-driven clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain automated dashboards that provide the B2B team with a "single source of truth" for real-time decision-making.
  • Analyze B2B commercial dynamics, including subscription health, churn patterns, and renewal trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear business insights that influence pricing strategies and customer lifecycle management.
  • Monitor and report on SaaS KPIs (MRR, ARR, LTV) to ensure the business meets its ambitious scaling targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and improve data literacy across the B2B unit.
  • Optimize data workflows using SQL to ensure high data quality and consistency across all reporting platforms.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar performance-driven role.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of B2B/SaaS metrics, specifically Churn, ARPU, and Cohort Analysis.
  • English (C1) is mandatory; Spanish (C1) is highly valued to collaborate effectively with our global hubs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data into "the big picture."

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience in the Telecommunications (Telco) sector.
  • Familiarity with usage-based pricing models and B2B contract lifecycles.
