The Opportunity
As the Senior Product Manager for Digital & Automation within Claims, you will own a critical portfolio spanning user experiences, API-driven automation, and intelligent workflows that extend the core ClaimCenter platform. You’ll work directly with Product Managers in Claims and across Insurance Suite, engineering pods, UX, customers, and partners to shape, prioritize, and deliver high-impact capabilities that support Claims departments in becoming more proactive, efficient, and outcome-driven.
Your work will touch everything from customer-facing digital interactions to internal tools that empower adjusters and managers — and the automation that connects them.
What You'll Do
Own feature delivery for internal and external digital experiences and the Autopilot automation platform.
Partner with engineering to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint plans.
Lead discovery and requirements validation sessions with customers and prospects, in partnership with Design.
Manage dependencies across product areas and triage customer issues and escalations.
Collaborate with the Claims leadership team to align digital and automation priorities with the broader product strategy.
Stay ahead of industry trends in Claims digital transformation and automation.
Serve as a thought leader for extending Claims capabilities beyond core processing into intelligent digital and automation ecosystems.
Job Description
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience in enterprise software.
Direct experience in the P&C Claims industry — in operations, technology, or as a vendor/partner.
Proven ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable product requirements.
Strong understanding of both external customer journeys and internal user workflows.
Experience delivering products in an agile development environment.
Excellent communication skills — able to work across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
Ability to manage ambiguity and create clarity in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with automation platforms and/or APIs.
Familiarity with SaaS / Cloud-native enterprise software.
Awareness of how AI/ML can enhance digital experiences and automation.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Growth Path
This role is designed for a growth trajectory toward Principal PM and beyond. You will operate as a strategic product owner for some of the highest priority investment areas within Claims and will have opportunities to influence not only product delivery but future vision and strategy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
