We're on a mission to build a health plan everyone can love. It all began with an observation: health benefits often don't actually benefit consumers, especially when it comes to small and midsize businesses. We founded Gravie in 2013 on the belief that everyone deserves the care, guidance, and financial support they need to lead healthy lives. We're here to create health benefits that are as good as they sound – for employers, employees, and brokers alike. We're redefining health benefits in the small and midsize markets with an innovative approach to group health plans and Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs). Our focus is on unique plan design, enhanced support, and better cost predictability. We're proud to have improved health benefits for over 3,000 employers and nearly 200,000 individuals. Our work is backed by strong venture capital investors who share our vision.

Our flagship product, Comfort®, is a first-of-its-kind health plan that provides 100% coverage on most common healthcare services. This includes preventive care, primary care, mental health care, specialty care, urgent care, physical therapy, virtual services, and more. We want to empower our members to get the care they need to live their healthiest lives. We partner with industry leaders to deliver the best possible services, including virtual health and wellness through providers like Sword Thrive and Teladoc. For employers seeking a sustainable and affordable alternative to traditional group health plans, our Gravie ICHRA™ solution allows them to provide tax-advantaged contributions that employees can use to purchase coverage on the individual market. This means more cost certainty for employers and greater flexibility for employees. We're not just about providing plans; we offer consultative services to ensure our solutions meet unique needs. We're committed to being at the forefront of driving change and improving the healthcare industry by creating innovative, consumer-centric health benefit solutions. We believe great health benefits shouldn't come with a lot of fine print, and we're dedicated to giving our members exactly what we promise.
