Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a growing team of developers
  • Work closely with Salesforce analyst team to identify key opportunities for organizational improvement, as well as the development of technology to increase operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in basic data cleanup and migration efforts and support Salesforce tools and basic third-party integrations
  • Engage with business unit leaders to put together their vision, requests for changes, or any bugs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales organization and its interactions with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communications
  • Create high-level architecture diagrams that show both technical and business processes.
  • Provide a detailed level of effort estimating for proposed solutions, along with being able to articulate the advantages and risks to business stakeholders.
  • Participate with cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development, including deployment and post-deployment activities

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Force.com platform including Apex, Lightning (LWC, Aura), Visualforce, SOQL, unit testing etc.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile)
  • Industry experience; full understanding of Salesforce design, administration and development experience, and strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, and consulting mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical aspects.
  • Passionate about building great products and providing a solution-based approach
  • Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members
  • Experience with Conga CLM and/or Salesforce CPQ
