As a Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our marketing processes, technology, and data management, ensuring every campaign hits the mark. This is what you'll do π―
- Crafting, refining, and continuously improving marketing processes
- Guiding the marketing team to adhere to standardized procedures
- Implementing and overseeing the utilization of marketing automation tools and software
- Delving deep into marketing data to unearth valuable trends and opportunities
- Regularly producing and distributing comprehensive marketing reports
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations derived from meticulous data analysis
- Assessing, introducing, and maintaining state-of-the-art marketing technology tools and platforms to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
- Offering comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure effective and proficient use of marketing tools and software
- Collaborating closely with the marketing leadership team to expertly manage the budget and maximize return on investment
- Fostering collaboration and synergy with diverse teams across the organization to ensure the flawless execution of marketing campaigns
- Building strong alliances and fostering alignment with other departments to promote transparency, shared goals, and effective communication
- Working closely with IT counterparts to ensure seamless integration of marketing systems and technology solutions for optimal performance and efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a bonus!)
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated track record of success in marketing operations, business analysis, or a similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience using marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead projects
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- In-depth understanding of marketing methodologies and industry best practices
