HR Operations Analyst

Location Details:Iasi, Romania

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. The hiring manager can share more about what hybrid work might look like for this team.

What you'll get to do...

• Ensure HR operational processes are executed, either directly or through internal partnerships
• Adherence with local laws and internal policies
• First line of support for all HR operational employee and manager queries
• Daily use of ServiceNow to manage queries
• Create and maintain HR documentations including employees’ documents and internal HR Ops documents
• Maintain local and regional HR data and workflow administration in HCM systems
• Always maintain employee files and HCM systems up to date
• Ensure HR postage is sent and handled in a timely manner
• Manage the administration of local benefits
• New starters onboarding
• Represent EMEA HR Operations team within local and global project teams and work groups
• Participate in HR projects, implementations, and initiatives (e.g. SOPs, work instructions, improvement processes, SNOW projects, etc)
• Contribute to the success of the EMEA HR Operations team by realising efficiencies and sharing best practices
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment that necessitates experimentation and continuous improvement
• Work closely with the Romania HR and Payroll Teams due to mutual involvement in paperwork

Your experience should include...

• Good level of English (both written and spoken)
• Good understanding of Romanian employment legislation
• Demonstrates high attention to details
• 1+ year experience in HR and/or administrative experience
• Ability to work on tight and continuous timescales managed by Service Level Agreements
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills with strong customer focus
• Experience with HCM systems or similar tools

You might also have...

• Experience in a HR shared services environment preferable
• Workday and ServiceNow system experience desirable
