We’re looking for a seasoned and hands-on Senior TechOps Engineer to manage our IT devices, tooling and practices as we grow. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical excellence with strategic thinking and a people-first mindset.
You'll lead improvements in the way we manage technology across the company, act as a technical authority in the team and own projects that directly impact productivity, security, and employee experience.
Your responsibilities
Leading improvements in onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle, and access management
Designing and implementing automations and scalable workflows across Jira, Google Workspace, and other core tools
Managing our device fleet with JumpCloud, and driving improvements in compliance, security, and asset health
Providing expert-level IT support and mentoring more junior teammates
Partnering with the TechOps Lead on tooling and vendor-related decisions
Driving cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders
Maintaining office hardware
Continuously identifying opportunities to improve the internal tech stack and support experience
About you
Significant experience in IT/TechOps, ideally in fast-paced or scaling tech companies
Strong knowledge of: Mac and Windows device management, Google Workspace administration, Jira automation and workflows, IT security and access controls, Hardware and asset lifecycle management
Knowledge of office networking to support infrastructure, connectivity, and on-site troubleshooting
Bonus points for experience with scripting, identity providers, or broader infrastructure automation.
