We are now looking for React Native Developer (full-time, remote) to join our team.

About the project

We are building an AI copilot for people living with chronic conditions — a digital partner that understands patients, learns from their health data over time, and helps them act proactively rather than reactively. Our mission is to transform today’s fragmented healthcare model by giving people back control over their health, greater clarity, improved quality of life, and peace of mind. This is more than an app — it’s a step toward a new healthcare paradigm where technology truly serves patients.

We’re looking for a frontend developer to shape the core web experience of an AI-powered health companion. This role blends strong product thinking, engineering excellence, and AI-assisted development — from prompt-driven workflows to rapid prototyping and automation. You’ll build intuitive, human-centered interfaces that turn complex health data into clear, actionable insights, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to help people better understand their health and take meaningful action every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a mobile solution using React Native and TypeScript, blending speed, creativity, and precision. AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.) are your collaborators, not crutches.

• Engineer and refine prompts to generate, debug, and optimize code efficiently, curating AI outputs into scalable, maintainable systems.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers

• Ensure top-tier code quality, testing coverage, and performance optimization

• Identify and address technical debt through thoughtful refactoring

• Manage app releases for both iOS and Android (App Store / Google Play)

• Contribute to CI/CD improvements for mobile development

• Step in where needed, we’re a startup, adaptability is key

• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken

Requirements

• 4+ years in software development, with strong mobile focus

• Advanced skills in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Proven problem solving, debugging, and performance tuning abilities

• Strong experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows

• Track record of shipping and maintaining high-quality mobile apps

• Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools (a plus)

• Knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT)

  Nice-to-have skills

• Experience or strong interest with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
