We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to support a flexible, collaborative team. This role will focus on market research, campaign planning, CRM organization, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and performance analysis across digital and traditional marketing channels.
Duties / Task to perform
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, habits, trends, and new branding opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Prepare email marketing plans for targeted audience groups.
- Plan and support LinkedIn campaigns aimed at specific B2B audiences, including prefabrication manufacturers.
- Import, organize, and tag contacts and lists in the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales to strengthen marketing strategies and campaign execution.
- Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and improve future strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and support the production of marketing materials.
- Stay current with marketing tools, technologies, SEO practices, and social media strategies.
- Prepare written outlines for new tasks, test new approaches, and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience managing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing metrics and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, SEO, and social media strategy.
- Experience with CRM contact organization, tagging, and campaign list management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across departments.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify original branding and campaign opportunities.
- Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn new tools and processes.
- Comfortable working in a fluid environment where ideas may be tested, adjusted, or restarted.
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions, take initiative, and work autonomously when needed.
Schedule: Monday 9:00am to 12:30pm, Tuesday 9:00am to 12:30pm, and Thursday 9:00am to 12:00pm.
