Foundever® is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused French-speaking Customer Service Representative for a part-time contract (6 months) working from home. The role involves providing exceptional customer support for a gift card provider through telephone calls in French, resolving inquiries, and striving for excellent customer experiences. They offer training during the week and the option to work from home. The company emphasizes customer growth and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience (ideally within a contact centre)
Fluency in both French and English
Understanding, empathy and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
Impeccable oral and written communication skills
Ability to actively listen to customers
