Customer service support - Fluent Finnish and English - Málaga - Remote position

Join our international team in Málaga and support Finnish-speaking B2B clients at Foundever. As a Customer Service Support, you will play a key role in supporting our Finnish-speaking business clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Finnish and C1 level of English (spoken and written)
• Residence in Málaga or willingness to relocate
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset
• Previous experience in a telecom or B2B environment is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office suite is a bonus
