As a key member of the Flipp Team, the Lifecycle Marketing Strategist’s mission is to help convert users into lifelong Flipp advocates by communicating our value through retention marketing channels. Specifically, they are responsible for developing and deploying multichannel campaigns, executing against team roadmap & leading tests. They are responsible for understanding what is valuable to our users and drive business impact by engaging and ultimately helping retain Flipp users.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

  • Develop, deploy and quality assure multichannel marketing campaigns with operational excellence and demonstrate their value by measuring impact against company goals
  • Seek and recommend process improvements to drive greater efficiency, accuracy or message impact
  • Contribute to the daily management of Flipp Lifecycle segments including campaign creation, reporting, optimizing & testing
  • Communicate our value through key marketing channels such as push notifications, email and carousel
  • Write push and email messaging copy for day-to-day & Lifecycle campaigns
  • Help monitor and report on day-to-day/weekly campaign performance
  • Contribute to improving channel KPIs by analyzing performance trends with guidance and providing improvement recommendations & future testing ideas
  • Maximize value for campaigns and strategies by applying historical performance knowledge and channel best practices
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Business Development/Revenue, Product, Engineering, Research and Brand Design to ensure that campaign KPIs and project timelines are being met

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 1-3 years executing marketing campaigns such as push, email or in-app notifications
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with a CRM platform is preferred but not required
  • Experience managing user Lifecycle states is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in French is preferred but not required
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in business, commerce, marketing, or similar program is preferred but not required
