🚗 This position is remote, allowing you to work from any city in Canada. However, our ideal candidate is someone enthusiastic about occasionally visiting our Montreal office.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

• Craft and deploy imaginative digital ad campaigns across various platforms.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, using a blend of data-driven wizardry and creative insight.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis, weaving a tapestry of targeted and compelling ad copy.
• Collaboratively align advertising efforts with the overarching marketing strategy, adding your unique flair.
• Manage and allocate budgets, striking a balance between campaign impact and cost-effectiveness.
• Employ A/B testing and other optimization techniques, adding an artistic touch to ad creatives and audience targeting.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations with a storyteller's flair.

WHAT MAKES YOU SPECIAL

• Over 3 years of experience as a mastermind in digital ads.
• Proven skills in campaign creation, management, and SEO tactics – think like a chess grandmaster in digital marketing.
• Deep knowledge of digital advertising, tracking, and performance – be a digital detective.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the conventional box.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Data Studio (a significant plus).
• Excellent communication skills – articulate your ideas like a seasoned orator.
• Bilingual: English and French (written and spoken).
• Experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing – be a chameleon in different digital landscapes.
• Experience in the electric vehicle and mobility industry (a significant plus).

• Compétences avérées en création et gestion de campagnes et en tactiques et stratégies de SEO - pensez comme un grand maître d'échecs en marketing numérique.
• Connaissance approfondie de la publicité numérique, suivi et performance.
• Créativité et capacité à penser hors des sentiers battus.
• Maîtrise de Salesforce Data Studio (un atout majeur).
• Excellentes compétences en communication - exprimez vos idées tel un orateur chevronné.
