Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, Flipp is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our Talent Acquisition team. The Manager is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Flipp which includes enterprise talent branding, internal process improvements, and business unit recruitment strategies. They will lead a team of recruiters and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

The Manager of Talent Acquisition will demonstrate strong leadership skills by mentoring and coaching the Talent Acquisition team, fostering their growth and development while ensuring individual and team goals are achieved. In this role you will lead by example, set high standards for excellence in recruitment practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

Talent Strategy and Execution

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans that align with Flipp’s short-term and long-term hiring goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate recruitment strategies.

Recruitment

  • Player/Coach mentality - manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers for leadership-level roles.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Coach direct reports on their individual searches to ensure they are set up for success, using best practices and are on track to achieve time to fill metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities/colleges, and industry organizations to expand the candidate pool.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process to ensure a diverse candidate pipeline and foster an inclusive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Lead Talent-Related Initiatives

  • Provides oversight for all talent acquisition related programs, projects and processes. Some of which include: Early Talent Program, Knowledge Management and Employer Award Applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to enhance the Flipp’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Oversee Flipp’s external talent branding partnerships.

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve team and individual based goals.
  • Uphold a metrics based leadership approach by using strong evidence of KPIs and capacity models.
  • Responsible for ongoing performance management for direct reports, focused on the results and actions to achieve results successfully.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Talent Acquisition Team, encouraging ongoing skill enhancement and professional growth.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Global recruitment experience preferred.
  • 2 years in a recruitment leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proven success in managing talent-related projects and strategies from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
