Extenteam is currently looking for a Remote Property Content and Management Specialist to join our growing organization and undertake the following tasks:

About The Role:
We're looking for an exceptional Property Content and Management Specialist to join the Operations team, whose goal is to support our company’s daily functions, including data entry and audits within our proprietary system, while delivering operational excellence for our current accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and complete data entry tasks, including destination and lodging information.
• Cross-check and update amenities data with precision and consistency.
• Enhance and modify images using photo editing software to meet quality standards.
• Organize property photos based on guidelines and requirements.
• Create engaging and persuasive descriptions of rooms and accommodations.
• Enter accurate and relevant data for popular attractions and landmarks.
• Maintain consistent and accurate feature filters for refined search results.
• Manage user profiles and notifications for properties effectively.
• Update hotel policies in accordance with company guidelines.
• Input and maintain up-to-date information on additional booking fees.
• Utilize AI tools to generate high-quality content as required.

Requirements

• Ability to think analytically, communicate effectively, and execute efficiently

• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Internet speed minimum 30mbps

- i5 8th Gen or higher

- Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
