Account Management / Inside Sales Representative

Extenteam is currently looking for an Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to undertake the following tasks:

• Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
• Use critical thinking skills to evaluate customer needs effectively and proactively see areas for improvement
• Use CRM (HubSpot) to maintain a database of current information on existing customers
• Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service verticals
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to handle objections
• Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
• Coordinate with customer success team members to ensure you are involved with QBRs and other types of meetings.

Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in B2B customer service & sales and property management is a plus.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, preferred but not required
• Proven track record of hitting related KPIs and quotas.
• B2B sales experience is required.
• Customer-focused, with an understanding of overall business needs and costs.
• Goal oriented mindset.
• A strong understanding of the vacation rental industry is preferred but not required.
• Experience using and implementing CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Analytical thinking ability to make evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong work ethic (integrity and commitment).
