Experian is a global data and technology company looking for a PAM Operations & Service Delivery Manager to maintain the stability, reliability, and compliance of Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, with a focus on CyberArk technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, or identity and access management
- At least 3+ years leading PAM operations and service delivery teams
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions (PAS, EPM, Conjur, WPM)
- Strong knowledge of PAM concepts, access control models, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Experience implementing PAM controls in hybrid environments (on-premises, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of secret management principles and tools
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for ticketing, incident, and change management
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business terms
