The AVP, Process Optimization is an enterprise‑level leader responsible for designing, standardizing, and optimizing end‑to‑end operational processes across Ensemble’s healthcare revenue cycle and business operations. This role partners closely with executive leadership, operations, technology, and clinical stakeholders to drive scalable improvement through process redesign, automation, analytics, and continuous‑improvement discipline.
This position plays a critical role in improving performance, reducing variation, and enabling growth across a complex, multi‑client, multi‑site environment.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Process Optimization & Standardization
- Lead the identification, redesign, and optimization of end‑to‑end processes across revenue cycle and operational functions.
- Establish and scale standard operating models, balancing enterprise consistency with client‑specific or regulatory needs.
- Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost through disciplined process design.
Automation, Analytics & Innovation
- Partner with Technology, Data, and Operations teams to leverage automation, analytics, RPA, AI, and emerging technologies to improve performance outcomes.
- Evaluate and prioritize optimization initiatives based on business impact, scalability, and feasibility.
- Translate complex operational data into actionable insights for executive and operational stakeholders.
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Execution
- Collaborate across Operations, Client Delivery, Technology, Finance, and Clinical teams to remove systemic blockers and enable sustainable execution.
- Serve as a senior advisor to AVP/VP leaders on process design, change management, and performance improvement.
- Support enterprise initiatives related to growth, client onboarding, remediation, and transformation.
Governance, Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Establish clear governance, KPIs, and success metrics for optimization initiatives.
- Ensure disciplined execution, documentation, and change‑management practices.
- Embed continuous‑improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) into operational culture.
People Leadership & Culture (“How We Work”)
- Lead and develop high‑performing teams and/or matrixed resources focused on optimization and innovation.
- Model and reinforce the Ensemble Difference values, especially during transformation and change.
- Build organizational capability by coaching leaders and teams on process excellence and problem‑solving.

- Clear, prioritized portfolio of optimization initiatives with measurable business impact.

Qualifications
Required
- Extensive experience leading process optimization, operational improvement, or transformation in a complex healthcare or regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end revenue cycle or similarly complex operational systems.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes through process redesign and standardization.
- Executive‑level communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
Preferred
- Experience leveraging automation, analytics, RPA, AI, or machine learning to improve operations.
- Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
- Experience working across multi‑client, multi‑site, or enterprise healthcare environments.
Working Conditions
- Remote/home office with periodic travel as needed to support enterprise initiatives.
Compensation
Base Salary Range:$180,000 – $225,000
