ROLE AND LOCATION

We are looking for a People Technician to join our team in Mortágua. This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. After this period, the contract may be renewed depending on the company’s needs.

The selected candidate will support a wide range of People-related activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Support the recruitment processes;
• Support the training process;
• Employee management - collect, verify and archive all the documentation concerning the employees;
• Partner with other collegues during on-boarding and offboarding;
• Assist the performance appraisal process;
• Support in all the administrative tasks of the department, including mobility tasks;
• Collaborate in events organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Educational Sciences, Organizational Psicology, or other relevant area (preferred)
• Previous experience in recruitment, training and other HR tasks is a plus;
• English proficiency (B1 minimum).
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools.
