Manager, End User Computing & Collaboration

As the End User Computing & Collaboration Manager, you will lead a distributed team to deliver a secure, scalable, and innovative end user compute and collaboration platform. You will play a key role in improving user experience, leading modern workplace technology strategies, and driving integration and automation across our collaboration stack.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience managing technical teams in end user compute, IT infrastructure, or collaboration technology domains.
• Deep knowledge of core enterprise SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Okta).
• Experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints (Intune, Jamf) and SaaS automation workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in the context of collaboration tools.
