Elixir Software Engineer

We are looking for a software engineer to grow our team. We use a pragmatic Elixir + LiveView stack to solve real-world marketing challenges for our B2B customers. You will be expected to challenge our roadmap and help us figure out the 'how' and 'why' behind our core product and new features.

Requirements

• Strong backend experience
• Experience with basic web development languages/frameworks (we use LiveView and SSR with TailwindCSS)
• Professional experience in Elixir or a similar language
• Desire to continuously learn to improve technical, communication and other soft skills
• Experience mentoring engineers
• Ability to work in a small team and collaborate closely with other engineers
• Comfortable making technical decisions
• Interest in agile practices such as continuous delivery, TDD, pair programming, code reviews and retrospectives
• Ability to create a productive team
• Keen to ensure high standard of quality and security in software produced
