The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, a track record of shipping products that succeeded in market, and experience working with enterprise customers or building products with enterprise requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing a high-performing team
- 5+ years experience as a software developer
- Track record of shipping products that succeeded in market
- Strong instinct for UX and a history of advocating for the customer in technical decisions
- Experience working with enterprise customers or building products with enterprise requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and the ability to work remotely across time zones
