Senior Software Developer (Applied AI GTM)

Location requirement - Bulgaria (please read before applying)

This role is remote but based in Bulgaria. Applicants must reside in Bulgaria and have a valid right to work in the country. Dext does not provide visa or work-permit sponsorship for this position.

Architecture & stack

This role uses a modern stack designed for rapid experimentation and reliable production systems.

Core technologies include:

• Frontend:
  Next.js, React, TypeScript
• Backend:
  Python, FastAPI, SQL
• AI integration:
  OpenAI API, Anthropic API, Vercel AI SDK
• Development workflow:
  AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor or Claude Code, agent workflows, and prompt engineering.

You will also contribute to Dext’s internal agent platform used for Go-To-Market systems.

Team, challenges & you

This position is part of the Applied AI team, a small group focused on applying AI to Dext’s Go-To-Market operations.

Product engineering teams build and operate the platform used by hundreds of thousands of businesses. The Applied AI team focuses on a different objective: accelerating growth through AI systems used by commercial teams.

You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing to build systems that surface insights, automate repetitive work, and improve decision making.

The team operates with high autonomy and works closely with leadership to identify opportunities where AI can improve commercial outcomes.

Impact is measured through business metrics such as:

• meetings booked
• pipeline influenced
• churn reduced
• hours of manual work removed

What you'll do

• Design and build AI systems that support Go-To-Market workflows
• Identify and engineer signals that indicatepurchase intent, expansion potential, and churn risk
• Build and maintain data pipelines and services that power GTM automation
• Develop AI workflows for account research, lead scoring, outreach generation, and customer health insights
• Prototype new ideas quickly and evolve them into production systems
• Work directly with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand operational bottlenecks
• Contribute to the development of Dext’s internal AI agent platform

What do we seek

We are looking for a developer who works effectively with modern AI tools and systems.

AI is part of your daily workflow rather than an experiment. You are comfortable working with LLM APIs, agent workflows, and AI-assisted development tools.

You are also commercially curious. You enjoy understanding business processes and identifying opportunities to simplify or automate them.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
• Have experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
• Build full-stack systems
• Understand structured data and data pipelines
• Can move from prototype to stable production systems
• Are interested in how sales, customer success, and marketing teams operate
• Approach problems with curiosity and practical judgement

Experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and SQL is beneficial.
