GTM Operations Data Executive (Part-time, 6-month Contract)

The Role

We’re looking for a GTM Operations Data Executive to join our Go-To-Market team. You’ll make sure our prospect and lead data is accurate, consistent and complete so our marketing and sales teams can make smarter decisions.

You’ll review, cleanse and validate data from events, webinars and purchased lists, working mainly in HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Sheets. Training will be provided. You’ll also help improve our data quality processes and explore ways to make them more efficient.

This role is 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) for a 6-month fixed term.

What You’ll Do

• Review and validate prospect data from different off line sources - events, webinars and bought lists;
• De-duplicate and clean data before uploading to Salesforce;
• Keep our lead and account database accurate;
• Identify data or process issues and suggest improvements;
• Help maintain data quality standards;
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations to ensure data consistency.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and passion for data accuracy;
• Experience working with Google Sheets, and Google Drive;
• Comfortable working with large datasets and maintaining data hygiene;
• Proactive mindset, with an ability to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Prior experience in data operations, sales operations, or GTM operations is a plus.
