Complex Care Physician

Devoted Medical is hiring a Physician for its Complex Care Program to deliver direct virtual patient care and lead interdisciplinary teams. The role requires a Board Certified Geriatrician, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Physician with at least 2 years of clinical experience. The Physician will serve as the clinical cornerstone of the care team, providing excellent patient care and setting the clinical and cultural standard for the team. The Physician will work with an AI-enabled platform to deliver exceptional care to complex patients across multiple geographies, leveraging video telehealth visits and an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Board Certified Geriatrician, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Physician
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience providing clinical care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Experience working with complex, frail, or vulnerable populations
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations
