As a Pricing Team Lead at Dentons, you will be contributing to shaping and optimizing pricing strategies to enhance the competitive positioning of our global law firm. Collaborating closely with partners and the business development teams, you will drive the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies aligned with client needs and market conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy Support: Collaborate with partners and business development teams to assist in the development of effective pricing strategies aligned with client needs and market conditions.
- Proposal Support: Lead the preparation and presentation of competitive pricing proposals for legal services. Collaborate closely with the Proposal Team to create cohesive pricing proposals promptly in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor pricing coordinator, providing guidance and support in executing pricing strategies and delivering high-quality pricing proposals. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional development and growth opportunities for team members.
- Financial Analysis Assistance: Perform detailed financial analysis, providing insights into the cost and profitability of proposed client engagements.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor performance and profitability of pricing strategies, contributing insights and making recommendations to price adjustments for performance optimization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with partners, business development teams, proposal team and finance/reporting teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment on pricing decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Process Improvement Input: Contribute ideas and insights for continuous improvement of pricing processes, working towards implementing best practices.
- Participate in Pricing Sessions for Non-Pricing Teams: Engage in pricing sessions, promoting collaborative efforts to develop integrated and efficient pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Education: master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or related roles.
- Analytical Skills: Possess strong financial and data analysis skills, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Business Acumen: Develop a solid understanding of the legal industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Language Proficiency: A good command of English is essential for effective collaboration with teams across different markets.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, building strong working relationships.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interaction and understanding among diverse teams.
