Paid Time Off (PTO)
Employees earn PTO credits based on hours worked. Once 2,000 credits are reached, they receive an average week of PTO. For states with mandated sick time, accrued sick hours are an advance of total PTO.
Retirement Plan (401k)
All employees are immediately eligible to make pre-tax, Roth after-tax, or rollover contributions to a 401(k) plan. Employer match may be available after meeting eligibility requirements (age 21, 1 year and 1,000 hours of service).
Life Insurance
Eligible employees receive a $5,000 term-life insurance policy after working a minimum of 1,000 benefit credit hours in the previous calendar year. Additional voluntary life coverage up to $100,000 can be purchased after 90 days of service.

Eligible full-time home care field employees are offered group health insurance benefits, effective within 90 days of full-time designation. Options include Aetna Medical and Prescription Coverage (POS Core Plan, POS Buy-up Plan, High Deductible Health Plan).
