Today, our team is conquering the last mile challenge in healthcare - how to ensure that medical records in EMRs and paper files are able to get to the right person at the right time. If we solve this challenge, we’ll unlock the ability for patients to get their records in seconds, for life sciences companies to fully track and understand the impact of new therapies, and for providers to be able to see their patient’s full medical history and recommend the right treatment at the right time.

We are developing an end-to-end platform for our Life Sciences customers that provides timely access to complete and comprehensive identified clinical data to supplement traditional sources of de-identified real world data (e.g., claims). As the Head of Delivery, Identified Data for Life Sciences, you will be responsible for ensuring that our life sciences customers are successful through their digital retrieval projects. Through your expertise in digital retrieval, you will become an internal champion for updates that need to occur to ensure that we are continually delighting our clients.

You Will:

• Own scoping and execution of record retrieval projects for LS customers, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to better serve our customers, seeking to standardize and streamline work, processes and documentation
• Develop and maintain a repeatable playbook for our LS customers served via identified data, iterating as needed as our product and customer base evolves
• Work with Product to suggest feature enhancements needed to increase team efficiency and value to customers, providing the voice of the customer for the teams
• Nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product, Solutions/Customer Success, and the Outreach team
• Track and report on key metrics to inform team allocations, performance and hiring
• Manage a team of high-performing Delivery Project Managers dedicated to the success of customer projects, iterating on team structure/skillsets needed based on product and customer needs

You Will Bring to the Table:

• 7+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role and partnering across go-to-market and product functions
• Demonstrated ability to drive an audacious vision and understanding of when to strike the balance between transformational and incremental improvement
• High customer empathy with the ability to work in highly regulated environments
• Ability to work through ambiguous situations to drive clarity and get projects to completion
• A knack for partnering with clients, cross-functional partners, and teammates to drive change
• Proactiveness to make processes faster, more effective, and more efficient for customers
• Strong communication skills - written and oral

Bonus points if:

• Experience with EMRs, APIs, healthcare data connectivity, or the ability to ramp up very quickly
• Experience working with Life Sciences, Healthcare Analytics or Healthcare data companies

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $155,000 - $190,000.
