The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the current state operational information gathering, data analysis, data mapping, and implementing future state operational workflows to meet the scope of the project and business during the implementation process for assigned projects.

This role will work in cooperation with CIOX Health Client Impact Team, CIOX Health Operations Teams, CIOX Health Learning and Development Teams, and Client Operational and Technical Teams to ensure a complete business solution is implemented on time with a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will:

• Compile and distribute analysis documentation to identify the scope of the project based on the business service line.
• Work with customer to analyze operational workflow and develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that is in compliance with Ciox Health best practices for the particular service line
• Review analysis documentation as outlined above with customer
• Provide customers with a detailed explanation of recommended Ciox Health processes and expectations
• Compile user list and assist with requesting and tracking system access for all users
• Develop and coordinate the testing and training strategy with Operations and the customer
• Monitor go live to ensure proper operational efficiencies are realized based on Ciox Health site sustainability criteria
• Efficiently manage project tasks and document task hours worked including the ability to multi-task and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects being implemented concurrently
• Schedule and host internal and external project calls as needed
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external teams throughout project implementations
• Proactively identify project risks or issues and escalate accordingly

What you will bring to the table:

• 3+ years healthcare experience
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership skills, negotiation/influence skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills
• A comprehensive understanding of Release of Information
• Successful Client interaction experience
• Must have experience with electronic medical records (EMR) such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, NextGen, GE Centricity, Allscripts etc.
• Knowledge of MS‐Office at intermediate/advanced level and at least one year experience.
• Ability to work remotely while accessing work related projects and tasks with minimal supervision; onsite visits are required as necessary
• Ability to travel as needed
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination. (Testing to be given annually in accordance with employee goal setting), along with other CIOX Health required testing and online course requirements.

Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000-70,000.
