Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology. We're seeking a Sr. Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to lead the global manufacturing and automation roadmap for our Removables product line.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Automation
  • 5 years of leading cross-functional teams at a Director level or above
  • Experience developing and scaling automated manufacturing systems
  • Deep expertise in factory automation, process engineering, optical/mechanical systems, or precision assembly
  • Experience with ceramics, CNC machining, spray applications, inkjet printing, etc.
  • Experience with plastics, 3D printing, thermoforming, injection molding, etc.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
