Dandy is seeking a results-oriented and strategic Director of IT to lead and evolve our Corporate IT function, as well as drive technology operations across our Manufacturing and Supply Chain sites.

Requirements

8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role
Deep knowledge of endpoint management, enterprise networking, VPNs, SSO (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Soti), and SaaS operations
Hands-on experience with corporate IT, site IT infrastructure, and secure provisioning of customer hardware
Manufacturing IT Knowledge
Strong understanding of IT security, compliance, and device hardening for both corporate and customer-facing endpoints
Strong communicator with a bias for action. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Security, and Engineering
