Dandy is transforming the dental industry through technology and innovation. We are seeking an R&D Software Engineering Manager to build and lead a new team focused on CAD/CAM techniques, novel algorithms, and automation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of engineering management experience
  • Graduate-level degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong background in advanced manufacturing concepts
  • Experience with CAD/CAM workflows and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles
  • Demonstrated ability in innovation risk management and making impact-based prioritization decisions
