Director, IT & Cyber Technology Operations

CrowdStrike is seeking a Principal of IT & Cyber TechOps to drive investment accountability and strategic cost management across the global technology landscape. This role will shape technology investment strategy and governance, serving as the primary liaison between Technology and Finance leadership. The position requires deep financial acumen combined with strong technical understanding to drive measurable value from technology investments while maintaining innovation.

Requirements

• Drive strategic technology investment planning and governance frameworks
• Partner with CIO, CISO and technology leaders on investment decisions and cost optimization
• Lead cross-functional alignment between Technology and Finance organizations
• Design and implement FinOps operating models and best practices
• Develop cost allocation and chargeback models for technology services
• Build executive-level reporting and analytics for technology investments
• Champion FinOps culture and practices across IT & Cyber teams
• Orchestrate cloud economics and optimization programs
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven investment insights
