As the Contracts Administrator, you will look for opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate legal operations, manage legal systems, tools, and processes, and provide legal advice on a broad range of topics. You will work with attorneys, internal stakeholders, and external counsel to ensure alignment between business needs and contract terms.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a paralegal, contracts manager, contracts administrator, or other comparable role.
- Deep understanding of contract review, drafting, and negotiation process for various types of commercial contracts.
- Solid understanding of legal project management, including analyzing and building processes and automating manual tasks with technology solutions.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and using technology solutions or other contract/matter management software, DocuSign, Salesforce, IronClad.
