This role is within the team that designs and develops CSQ Quote & Order, a cutting-edge order management and quoting platform. Built using the latest technology, our platform modernizes industries like telecommunications and banking.

About the role
We’reseeking an experienced UI/UX Manager who can lead our design practice and elevate the overall product experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on design leader who is passionate about solving complex enterprise problems through scalable, thoughtful, and intuitive design.
Our ideal candidate has led design teams in enterprise SaaS environments (Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management, Banking and Financial Services or Logistics domains) and is comfortable balancing people leadership, strategic thinking, and delivery execution.

What You Will Do
While your responsibilities will evolve, here’s what you’ll dive into:
Define and deliver the design vision for the Q&O platform.
Lead and mentor a distributed team of UI/UX Designers.
Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
Stay hands-on: prototyping, research, A/B testing, usability validation.
Champion DesignOps, accessibility, and usability across the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering, ensuring designs are delivered a release ahead.

Core Requirements
7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms (Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management or Banking and Financial Services strongly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to balance leadership with hands-on design (prototyping, user research, A/B testing, usability validation).
Experience building and scaling design systems in Figma or equivalent tools.
Strong knowledge of DesignOps frameworks and best practices in scaling design maturity.
Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design outcomes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership.
Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams across time zones.
Strong portfolio showcasing both leadership impact and examples of hands-on design execution.

Work from anywhere: CSG has a global policy called "Flexibility First" that allows employees to work from wherever they feel most productive. The Quote & Order team does not maintain a dedicated office space, so your position will be 100% remote with the exception of several in-person workshops during the year (in Bali – see below – and Melbourne).
Twice-yearly workshops in Bali: Twice a year the whole Quote & Order team gets together in Bali, Indonesia for dedicated in-person time including team presentations, hackathon sessions, training and team-building activities.
Paid volunteer days: Everyone at CSG gets two paid days per year to volunteer at a community organisation of your choice.
