We are looking for a Operational Engr | who will:

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of software systems to ensure reliability & performance.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, & address basic challenges in software development with guidance

  • Investigate and resolve basic technical issues and incidents, working to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.

  • Maintains scripts & programs that aide in operation, diagnosis of applications, & platforms in production with guidance

  • Assist in writing automation software to support software development lifecycle.

  • Collaborates & coordinates with application and platform teams to install, configure and monitor operations of business applications.

  • Assists in documenting operational procedures and best practices.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • · 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

  • Cloud Operations: Managing deployments with Azure DevOps and monitoring/troubleshooting services in AWS. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity management is key.

  • Automation & Scripting: Strong ability to develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration, and reporting.

  • Windows Infrastructure: Administering and maintaining Windows Server environments, including patching, vulnerability remediation, and IIS management to ensure high availability of web applications.

  • Application Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting business-critical web applications on Windows, including log analysis and performance monitoring.

  • Networking & Security: A solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and routing, with the ability to identify and mitigate Windows Server vulnerabilities.

  • DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture, and experience with monitoring, logging, and diagnostic tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch).
