Recruitment Associate (CORE)

We are looking for a recruiter with a knack for finding the best and brightest professionals. We are looking for an energetic and innovative hire who will be part of our company.

Job Responsibilities

• Build a network of applicant talent pool through online job portals and other online sourcing channels
• Review and vet candidate test task submissions and conduct initial interviews
• Create a job description and job requirements based on client needs
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications provided by our client partner
• Provide company and job information by answering queries from applicants via email, social media, and chat tools
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing and analyzing the applicant’s responses; verifying candidate’s background by contacting references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

Requirements

• Impeccable English skills
• Knowledge of remote communication and technology systems
• Must be energetic, extremely organized, and DEPENDABLE. If you're looking for a short-term role, this job isn't for you
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn more software and tools
• Driven: no one needs to push you to excel; it’s just who you are

System Requirements

• At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
• A webcam
• Noise-canceling USB Headset
• Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
• Smartphone
