The Customer Success Manager role ensures operational excellence, reduces errors, and enhances the customer experience across order management, documentation, and logistics. You will be responsible for accurate order processing, streamlined documentation, proactive customer communication, and reporting operational insights. This role requires 3+ years of experience in manufacturing customer service, order processing, or operational support, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems.

  • Experience coordinating international shipments is highly desirable
